Heat pumps or a furnace and air conditioning unit? That choice is up to you. Each has their strong points.
A heat pump will provide a little better economy. In winter, the air will be less warm. Some people prefer the strong warmth of a furnace over a heat pump. Other people prefer the fact that the heat pump, on cold days, will run almost continuously, bringing the warm air into the room with fewer interruptions. On hot days, there won’t be any difference between a dedicated air conditioning unit and a heat pump.
The choice is totally up to you, and we’ll be happy to install either type of system for you, after discussing your needs, desires, and budget.
